More than once I've gotten comments from my friends like "Omg, you've NEVER heard of this band before?" or "You listen to THAT kind of music?" Seriously, what the f**k. Is it that wrong that my favorite genres are pop and dance/techno (sometimes it changes but most of the time)?? Actually, I love songs in every genre but those are my favorites. I don't just like that type of music because it's "cool" or anything, just that kind appeals to me. I don't need anyone telling me and pissing me off that they can't believe I don't know some f**king band. I don't need too. It's not like I don't know them because I'm ignorant or anything, I'm just NOT F-ING INTERESTED. PERIOD.
Let me re-state that I don't only listen to that kind of music, I have had favorite songs in almost every genre of music, like rock, country, bubble gum dance, even celtic music, and a LOT more. It's not like I don't listen to other kinds, I just really love dance/techno and pop!
